I have an automation that sends an email with the information of a ticket, but the email that is sent (by the automation) we do not see the images in the email, we see a line like this with the information of the image:

Is it possible to see the images like in the initial ticket or is it a limitation of the automation that we are not able to see the images in the email when it is an automation that sends an email.
