sla by selected item?

User selected "Import Order" SLA 5 H
User selected "Other"  SLA 1 hour

I would like your help to determine the SLA period in this way.

Hi @Aykan Inal 

Try to include in your corresponding SLA's goal the appropriate JQL for that field:

• "Communicator_All_Order" = "Import Order"
• "Communicator_All_Order" = "Other"

What @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ stated is correct.  You just need to create the necessary JQL statements for the new SLA rules to target based on user's input against the custom field options.
