ticketing system through assist - but want to use slack notifications without webhook

hi! 

I am creating a ticketing system through assist on slack. 

 

there are multiple teams working on this project, and I'm able to break into teams but I am not sure how to make sure everyone involved gets notified on slack. 

 

I also want to make sure everyone is assigned to the ticket - but i dont seem to be able to assigned a lead
