I have installed an add on "Ädvanced Customer Report". I have customized the columns that needs to be displayed in the customer portal. For some reason, it is not getting displayed in the customer portal and they were unable to see the add on and generate the report. Could someone help me on this and guide me on how to make it visible in the customer portal
