I need my customers to be able to view the SLAs from the customer portal.
Is there any option or alternative?

Welcome to the community. Out of the box is not possible, you will need to find a third party add-on from Atlassian Marketplace to provide you with that functionality.

Typically, SLA information is for your organization to review/assess and determine how issues are being handled properly. Don't know why you want to share the information to the customers. However, your organization may be different and has the need.
