when Support team empty or Changes then assignee should be empty

hello friends,

 

as per my requirement, when Support team empty or Changes then assignee should be empty.

please help me to configure the requirement.

Hi @Kishor Mudhili , 

The Support Team is a custom field? ...

If so... you can create a simply automation triggered each time the Support Team field is updated

value change.PNG

And each time this happen just edit and clean the assignee field....

Does it makes sense?
