Hi,
we are evaluating Jira Service Desk with its features.
At this point, we would like to have a button or something else on the create screen in the portal where our customer could turn notification on and off.
Is this possible? We've Scriptrunner plugin installed and could use this.

In the portal you have this option:
Also if everything is configured as default, and an initial email is sent to the user saying that:
"We got your request....."
You also have an email clickable link to do the same thing, disable notifications for that request.
