Does anyone know if a status can be added to JiraOps? With NEW, FIXING, RESOLVED, and CANCELLED being available, we want to add a separate status based on something that would allow us to ensure our fix is done. Something like a testing status or a DONE status would suit us.
Thanks in advance
Hi there!
So JiraOps is actually based on a Next-gen project where workflows and issue statuses are "default" and at the moment cannot be changed.
I have checked our current Suggestions and can see that we are planning to deliver a feature to modify workflows around Feb/March 2019 - that's what you are after:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JOPSCLOUD-16
So I would say we are pretty close to the release :)
Feel free to add any feedback to this Suggestion, it is always helpful for our Product Teams to get to know specific examples and scenarios.
Hope this helps!
Vasily

Hey @archan ranade,
So I noticed that you are using /2 in your API request and we moved to /3 some time ago.
Could you please test the same with /3 ?
If it still doesn't work, could you please paste an error you are getting?
Reference to API docs is here:
https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/
Also, if you are not sure which API version certain method is using, you can always replace number with word "latest".
So it would be:
https://<jiraURL>rest/api/latest/status
Let me know how it goes!
