We're currently evaluating the knowledge base / help center capabilities JIRA Service Desk Cloud. One of the biggest let-downs at the moment is the impossibility of customizing the content of the Help Desk landing page beyond the logo and background color.
This is incredibly disappointing when compared to ZenDesk capabilities or existing HC, such as Slack's. Apparently, there's no way to set custom content modules in the HC homepage, except maybe by creating a JIRA app? Refined for SD Cloud doesn't fit our needs either.
Have you tried customizing the HC homepage in JIRA SD Cloud? What's been your approach?
