This isn't a great "question", you haven't actually asked anything - it's just a statement. 

What part do you need help with?  You'll need to be much more specific with your request. 

Remember, we're not Atlassian employees - we're just people who are offering help with specific problems.

Hi Christopher,

Sorry about that. We are using JIRA Service Desk and our business if 9 am to 5 pm. We want to setup after hour tickets/calls if any employee need any help. The options are whoever from ITV team is on call that week, will get all the tickets. How can I setup this in Jira service desk.
