Automation: Unable to leave Summary field empty on Forms

Hi

I'm trying to surpass Summary filling with automation 

But it wouln't allow me to leave summary empty. When I put x there, then it changes nicely the summary with automation. The fact that I  have to ask visitor every time to make x there is not good

How to solve this issue, that I have to put c in summary field

Hey @Martin Vali

Summary is a mandatory field, and this configuration can't be modified. So this is the expected behaviour.

From your automation screenshot, it appears that you want to update the summary later once the user has submitted the form?

If yes, you can have the users add their own summary while submitting the form. Once the automation rule is executed, it will overwrite the summary added by the user.

thnaks  @Karan Sachdev I was hoping there was a way to do it without marking x tu sommary on form.

Does this work

1. Change summary name to visitor name on form

2. Make automation to copy summary to REAL visitor name field

3. Use automation to make rewrite the summary like indicated above
