Hello! I have one question for you, maybe you know: We didn't see it and it accidentally came out that we exceeded the number of users in Jira Service Management. So as i understand, we need to pay for it. but question: we will pay for it and it will not influence on our other Subscriptions like Jira Premium? Or we will lose all our subscription and will need to pay for it?

When you say "...we exceeded the number of users in JSM..." do you mean you're currently on annual billing cycle and you have 'fixed tier'? Also, if you're adding users locally, you can never add more users than the tier's limit. So, I'm guessing you're using Atlassian Guard?
If so, simply buy a new tier or remove those 'extra users' and you'll be okay (no extra charges will apply).
As for other apps (like Jira), generally no, you will/can pay additional for JSM only and charging for Jira and other products within the site/org will stay the same.
