Previously, in Jira, we used to be able to create new issue reporters (clients) by associating them with an email address.
After this Jira update, I no longer see the option to create an organization and associate that user by their email.
Where is this option located now?
Hi, @gustavo - is this for a Jira Service Management project? If so, I believe you need to navigate to the Customer page in your project and click Add customers before you can add them as a reporter.
