Change Text in Default E-mail Notifications?

I apologize if I'm missing something here, but I don't see where I can customize the e-mails that users receive when they submit a request to the service desk.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to customize notifications content. There's a feature request as you can see on JSD-218. Please feel free to vote and comment on it.
