Hello Atlassians!!!

Quick info: at the moment i have 25 agents in my SD which are in 5 groups but not equally distributed, eg (groupA = 10, groupB = 8 , groupC = 3, groupD = 2, groupE = 2

So.... Now i want to make them 50 in the next upgrade but i can not test at the moment some scripts which are written based on the automated license distribution!

The fact is that i think that it will be no problem with the increase of licenses but i want to be sure first!

  • Question1.. Running in a test environment (Unlimited Users) with the production configurations and licence limit (25 agents) how can i test these scripts before the upgrade?
  • Question2.. (maybe obvius, just checking though) Are the licenses hashed in the license key that i have purchased? Because i cannot find some table in DB which indicates the 25 SD license number.

After all if my thoughts are right then the only way to confirm the tests are with a pure evaluation copy of the Software and SD which have no limitation

Kind regards

CM

Solution to question1 found! It was just a simple parameterisation to the script code & a fresh system restart.

How about the second though? Am i right?

Yes, they're hashed into the licence.
