Does not display attachments

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Permissions overview

Jira does not open files attached to the corporate network.

But external attachments can be opened. When we check, we get a suspicious connection error.
 Could you share the solution method.

That's a function of your network security, not JIRA.  I'm afraid we can't really help you with that.  JIRA simply serves up attachments or links when you click on them, it's not got any connection checking in it.
