I was going through the documentation but couldn't find a way where I can format the automated email received from JSD.
Objective:
To format the email received (Upon using Email Request Feature) as per our need, like -
Attaching the current email format received.
so is this for Jira or Jira Service Desk?
For JSD you can edit notifications under project settings > customer notifications. But I'm guessing you already know that and your question is more involved maybe.
