Hi
I am trying to implement this. There is a vendor team working on SLA bugs, and I would need to alert them with emails , for all those bugs approaching the SLA Due date as well as , if SLA is missed and yet the tickets are not resolved.
I want to send this alert to bunch of people who are external to my org.
Do we have this provision in JIRA? I remember in BMC Remedy, Servicenow etc.

You can create the automation rule that runs everyday at a specific time like 6:00 AM in the morning to check for all issues which were in a particular status and/ or SLA is about to be breached in x number of days.
