Email on suppression list

Hi, 

 

I think my email address is on suppression list because I dont get any notification in jira.

how can I remove my email from the suppression list?

Hey @Rajae Bakkali

You may check the email audit log at the project level. Go to Project Settings > notifications > Email Audit Log. If emails are not sent because your account is added to the suppression list, you should see an entry there and the option to Unblock it.

You may also create a support ticket so the team can validate and help you with this.

If you think that your email address hass been blacklisted, you could check on specialised websites like this one:

https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx

If that is the case, then there is a number of websites and guides on the Internet. But probably you will have to get a new email address.

There still are other things to consider: have general Jira settings changed? Project notification schemes? Your user settings?

Do you have a web access to the email account on the provider's server? Maybe for some reason the server has decided to consider it spam.
