Getting error SMTPSendfailedException:530

The error is coming when sending an email using SMTP server, can someone tell the solution if already experience,

We found the solution,

1) Create Microsoft App password 

https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/AppPasswords.aspx

2) Copy this password, enter it on the authentication (Password)

Increasing the value in increments of 10000 (10 seconds) is suggested until the errors are resolved.
