How can I free up system user licenses?

I'm trying to revoke Jira application access for several users who no longer use our cloud instance; however, I cannot remove the following "system users" yet they still count against my paid licenses:

addon_io.aha.connect

addon_com.atlassian.jira.chat

addon_jira-workplace-integration addon_com.realtimeboard.jira.addon.public addon_jira-sketch-integration addon_jira-slack-integration addon_jira-trello-integration

How can I reclaim these seat licenses?

Hello @Jason Knight,

You shouldn't be billed for system users, see if you hover over the System tag:

If you're sure you're being billed for system users, you should contact Atlassian support to fix that.
