How do I Optimizing / email notifications fields when I get an email ?

Hello All,

I need assistance with customizing the fields in the automated email triggered when someone sends a message to our distribution list. Specifically, I would like to include the sender’s email address or name in the triggered email. Could you please guide me on how to achieve this?

Using the built-in feature, you can't customize notification email templates. There is an issue for that: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-7266
