Hi Kala,
The notification on Jira are changing and currently, only Server version has the option to disable the batching emails. You can find more details about this new notification on the documentation below: - Jira emails are changing!
We don't have feature request suggesting to disable this new option, but we have one where our dev team is collecting feedback, feel free to add your comments on the feature below: - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-1369
