How do i manage the round robin auto assigning if someone is on a leave?

I have an automation which assigns the issues to a group of 4 users, now if one of the users is on a leave then I want to handle that exception so no tickets get assigned to that user.

Also I want to schedule the auto assigning from Mon-Fri.


Any suggestions on how could I do that?

Hi @Vansh Jain , natively leave is not supported. You can consider addons but there are workarounds. You could incorporate automation to help reassign the issues during the vacation period. Of course this does require some manual effort. There are a number of previous posts discussing this topic so you may wish to search in the Community.
