From a service desk project - will the queues and reports refresh every few minutes? On a new entry? or page refresh?
Everything is live. When you render the page, Service Desk uses current JIRA data for Queues and Reports. Every page refresh, in your terms.
OK. Thanks. Would be nice if it could refresh automatically upon a new entry or something along those lines. Usually a tech has their queue up in a separate window where they monitor for updates...
