How to copy fields from Epic to its Children issues whenever updating the fields

I am trying to copy fields from Epics to its Children issues whenever these fields are changed in the Epic level.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong but I tried the following automations and none of them worked:

I see that the automation are running in the Audit Log, but still the Children fields are not getting updated.

Can someone please help me?

What are the details of the Edit action where you are trying to update the fields?

I changed to copy from Epic and it worked:

With that Edit action occurring within the branch, "Current issue" is referring to the issue you are trying to Edit. If you want to copy the value from the Epic which triggered the rule then you need to modify that to the value is being copied from Trigger Issue, or Parent Issue, or Epic Issue.
