How to hide a SLA for particular group?

I would like to hide SLA for particular users and particular group alone. Since we are using the JIRA service cloud.

Kindly check and let us know what needs to be done.

To the best of my knowledge this is not possible. If the users have browse permissions then they will see the SLAs. You can remove them from Browse permissions which restricts project access.

If the user in question is not a service desk agent, they should not see the SLAs.

also, there is no way to hide an SLA from an agent as there are no permissions on field level to restrict visibility in JIRA OOTB.

As such, the choice available to you would be making sure the person in question is not a JIRA Service Desk agent in the project.
