How to resolve tickets directly (First fix; Open-Close) ?

I wanna closed a ticket straight away when opening it to use the Service Desk module as documentation for issues users have.

Is there an option not to open it and then go and close it by entering a resolution?

I don't believe so. Since you're in the cloud you can't use scripting, which is the only way I can think of doing it.
