How to set pre-populated wording in standard text field in Jira

Hello to All

I faced the issue that I can not find a way how to change dummy descrition field for specific issue with predefined text into it

For instane I would rather to add 

Hello world to "description" field for bug-type

If you need different predefined texts based on the issue type you need a plugin. I am using ScriptRunner to do that for one of our projects. I also found Default Values for 'Create Issue' screen when searching Marketplace.
