I want to create my service center (help center) with several projects jira service desk , one for each department.
Customers are the same, how can I share or integrate customers?

The best option, in this case, is to go to Project Settings > Customer permissions > Who can access the portal and send requests to Service Desk? > Anyone with an account on https://xxxxxx.atlassian.net > Save.
When you save this configuration, customers will be automatically added to the project, so you must do this on all Service Desk projects.
