I'm new and don't understand RunnerScript scripts very well. But I would like help in the following situation. I would like to assign the same person responsible for the new ticket, based on an open ticket from the same organization ex. Tickrt in treatment of the SSSAS client with the responsible Johon. When creating a new SSSAS ticket I want Johon to be responsible for it.
