Incoming email - SOCKS TTL Expired error

Hi,

I'm trying to do ticket creation though incoming email. so I have done set up with incoming mail server & mail handler.

But end up with below error when click on TEST button.

I have check telnet connection, its working fine.

Kindly let me know your suggestion.

I am getting same error, Can you please help to fix this ?

I am using JIRA cloud and using gmail account for incoming email

Me too. 

I have verified the IMAP settings with other tools and our provider (Bluehost).  I see a couple of "SOCKS: TTL Expired" threads out there that just go silent.  Is there a fix?  Thanks!
