Hello,

We use Atlassian Access for SSO for our JSD. Is it possible to have SSO turned off for some users?

Nope, that's not possible. Basically, the SSO would cover all Atlassian Accounts that are on the verified domain. We can have it turned off for certain users. See the explanation by the Atlassian PM here

Atlassian's support for SAML SSO for our cloud products is available with Atlassian Access. It is configurable for an entire organization and is based on the domains associated with that organization. It applies to all users for the verified domain, regardless of which site or Atlassian product they are accessing.

However, the good thing is that there's a feature request for this:

Let's watch this and see if this ever gets implemented!

For all recent searchers!

It is possible now via Authentication Policies:

https://www.atlassian.com/software/access/guide/elements/authentication-policies#why-apply-multiple-authentication-policies

You just have to create another policy for your subset of users.
