Is it possible to create issues by importing them containing Organizations and request type?

Hi All!!

I have a question.. 

I know that it is possible to create new issues by importing them. 

But is it possible to create jira service desk requests? I mean I want create jira service desk issues using a csv file.  (I need to create this issues taking into account that I need organizations and request type.

I don't think so, as the request type must exist prior to the issue creation.

The thing is that I want to create new issues with request type and organizations (both are already in used in JIRA service Desk) 

Is that possible?
