I have a workflow with approval, but I would like to leave it up to the agent to decide who exactly is allowed to approve the step. Is this possible?
So far I have only managed to have the approval based on a group. I.e. one or more people (depending on how you configure it) are allowed to approve a step. However, I would prefer to configure it so that the agent selects one or more people from this group to approve the step.

If you add the Approver user picker field on a transition screen between 2 workflow statuses and allow everyone added to the Service Desk Team to make this step, then the agent will be able to add an approver during this step.
