Hello Atlassian Support.
I work for an organization that has Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence).
I was able to access our Atlassian products with single sign on until recently I was asked for a password.
I setup a new password using the Atlassian recovery link, which I received in my company.
Then I tried to log in again with the new password. After providing the new password, I was asked to complete 2-step verification with a 6 digits code.
I have not setup an Authenticator for Atlassian, So I cannot get the code to pass the 2-step verification and access my account.
I contacted the Helpdesk team, and they have not been able to help.
I can I do?
