JIRA page load became super slow caused by Herjum Plugin installation

Hi all,

We have installed the HERJUM plugin for implementing 1)Email approval change request tickets, 2)bulk approval on change request tickets, for 3)deligating the approving authority to others in JIRA SERVICE DESK project.

Unfortunately, this plugin caused JIRA to became super slow especially the functionalities related to Herjum plugin (#1 to #3 at above) the page load having a delay of up to 5+ minutes.

While trying to lead page, we noticed that it says: waiting for X (JIRA server name).

Have anyone experience this issue with HERJUM plugin? is there any way we can fix it? 

IS there any alternative solutions that we can replace HERJUM plugin with it ?

please advise, we really need help 2000+ users are impacted.

sanaz.afshar@netgear.com Welcome to community.  I have not used this app but have seen similar issues with others.  It usually has to do with resources.  If the app is CPU, RAM or DB thread hungry will will cause delays.  Have you monitored your server to see how resources are being used?
