I have 10 Service Desk users, 10 Jira Software and 10 Jira Core users. And addons
If I need 15 Service Desk users but only 3 Core and 3 Jira Software users, can only increase service desk users?
I'm not sure if I need increase Jira Software users and Jira Core users
And addons?? is addons license to 10 users or 15 users?

you can only increase you Service-Desk license to the user-tier you need.
But you will have to make sure, that in Application Access, only the users, that should have Application Access for Jira Service Desk do get it and the Jira Core/Software users don't get it.
Add-Ons must be licensed to the highest user-tier in your instance, means if you have increased the Service-Desk users, you must have a license that fits that user-tier.
