Install both on the same Jira Core server (or add one to an installation of the other), via Manage Applications.  They "integrate" automatically then.

Of course, there's a massive question here though - what do you want from "integration"?

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist-

Both are the cloud versions.

Your best option is to shut down one of the instances and enable the application on the other one

If you are talking about Atlassian cloud, don't worry. Atlassian will take care of the integration.

If your question is about a third party cloud service, you'd install JSD along with Jira Software, use the same port during installation and they are integrated automatically.  No plugins or applications are required.

While doing JSD installation after Jira Software installation, if you specify different ports for both, they'd be different instances on the same server and hence not integrated.

I hope that helps.

Best,
Kris

Hi @Shrikant Maheshwari,

Both applications are natively integrated you only need to install both on the same server.

What application you have nowadays?

Cheers,

Adrián.

Hi @Shrikant Maheshwari

You need to put both applications in the same Cloud instance, is this possible for you?

Cheers,
Adrián.

@Adrián Plaza [DEISER]

So if both the applications are in the same cloud instance, they will integrate aumatically or we need to do something.

Hi @Shrikant Maheshwari,

It depends on what kind of integration you want, by default you have this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Cl8qbSIwqE

@Adrián Plaza [DEISER]

Thanks for the reply we just need to flow some information from JIRA Service desk to JIRA.

My query is if both the applications are on the same cloud instance, how they would integrate.Do we need to configure application link or install some plug-in
