Multi-select predefined list, and approval and assignment generation

Hi all,

We're looking for help finding a business solution.  We need to be able to submit an issue, select multiple items from a pre-defined list and have tasks, including approvals, automatically generated and routed to the right person to support new hire onboarding and provisioning of services. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to meet these requirements with JIRA or JIRA add-ons?

For selecting multiple items from a pre-defined list, you can create a custom field with Select List type to achieve that.
