It takes me several times doing Ctr+F5 to refresh the page and get it to work. Any advise?

This looks like you are running into the following BUG, however this BUG should have already been fixed:
This could just be remnants in the browser caching left over from the BUG, I would recommend clearing out cache as the first step then running through the tests in this KB for a few additional common browser issues to see if the error is still reproducible after doing so.
Let us know what you find, but if the behavior does not change we will want to file a support request at https://support.atlassian.com to take a closer look at your instance.
