Need your support to provide automation rule to change the status of test ticket based of test runs status.

Hey @Najim Al Jabri ,

As this is a third-party app > Xray, I would recommend reaching out to the vendor's support team via one of their channels.

I've tried checking their official docs when it comes to automating stuff, but it seems you'll have to use their REST APIs to get information about the test run status for each linked test. There are some examples here: Taking advantage of Jira Cloud built-in automation capabilities 

But again, it would be the best bet to reach out to them as their team may already have some resources prepared (e.g., API calls) which you could use 👀

If you do figure it out, I would really appreciate it if you could share how you've built it.
