Is there a way to have it so logs are automatically attached to an issue that's submitted via the customer portal? I looked into some of the marketplace options, but that didn't seem doable.
Maybe using a REST call? We're on the cloud version of Jira Service Desk, so I'm unable to find something.
You can attach things automatically, but you'll need to think about how to do it from the application that is talking to Jira. Most people will be using a browser to get to the portal, so the question there is how do you get the browser to know logs are needed and where it should be getting them from.
