Hi All,
Wondering if we can get some advice please; we have 2 instances Cloud & On-Premise. On the Cloud Instance one of our users has set up a Jira Project. They will manage their data analysis tickets through issues on a Project. The internal team I believe will create the tickets.
However the issue is they would like to get automated notifications sent to 100+ users through the System on updates to their respective ticket issues. Unfortunately these 100+ users do not currently have a license and have no need for the system other than to receive updates/notifications on their Data Analysis tickets.
Is it possible without giving them a license for them to receive notifications/updates on the issues?
Thank you in advance for all your help!
We support sending notifications to non-licensed users in Notification Assistant for Jira feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
