I have a JSD with clients, and organizations.
I want to create linked issues from JSD ticket, to a project in Jira Core.
I have added the Organization to the custom field screen. But when I start writing something, there is no organization recorded.
It is like the Organizations for my clients are not shared to my Jira core Project.
Is there anyway to fix this as this would be very useful to simply organize my ticket in my Jira core by clients/organization.

Unfortunately, the Organization field is only available for JIRA Service Desk projects, however, we have created a feature request to enable this field on non-service desk projects:
- Allow Organization field to be used in non SD project
Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.
For now, you can use a different custom field to set the customer organization on your JIRA Core issues and workaround this lack.
