Hello @Tanja Bobinsky ,

The columns available in the Kanban board for a project are corresponding to the statuses available in the workflow associated to the project. You can find details and instructions on how manage/edit workflows in below links for Jira Software classic project (you cannot edit workflows in Next-Gen projects at this current point in time):

However, a Kanban board is associated to a Jira Software project, while you are actually talking about a Jira Service Desk project in here.

Therefore, from what I can read above, it seems to be the case that a Jira Service Desk issue is displayed  on your Jira Software Kanban board and you cannot drag it to a different column since the status "Ready for Dev" is missing in the Jira Service Desk project workflow. Can you whether confirm this is the case or provide more details?

Now, if this is the case, I don't have access to your instance and I cannot tell you who the project administrator is for the project named "LB - Location & Service Qualification". However, you should be able to get in touch with the Site administrator from your instance (or your IT department or whoever granted you access) in order to have this question answered.

Another option would be that I open a support request on your behalf on. However, the assigned engineer will have to ask for permission to proceed to the technical/billing contact for your instance, so this can take some time and it may be faster for you to ask internally.

Please let me know how you intend to proceed.

Cheers,
Dario

Hi @Tanja Bobinsky ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I am not sure I have a correct understanding of what you are asking. Can you kindly provide more details of what you are trying to achieve?

Are you trying to get the project administrator for a specific project in your instance or anything else?

Please let us know.

Cheers,
Dario

I need assistance with getting additional status availability to add to the different columns on my Kanban Board.  As of right now we only see Open, In Progress and Closed. We need to additionally be able to see and select:

  1. Backlog (need)
  2. Analyzing (need)
  3. Implementing (need)
  4. Approved (need)
  5. Reopened (need)
  6. In Progress (have)
  7. Open (have)
  8. Validating (need)
  9. Resolved (need)
  10. Deploying (need)
  11. Releasing (need)
  12. Done (need)
  13. Closed (have)

When I try to move a card to another column on the Kanban Board a message that reads "Something isn't letting us move LBLSQ-160 to Ready for Dev. Ask your project administrator to check the workflow settings and transition conditions.".

So, I need to know who the project administrator is or need to have my permissions changed to be an admin for our team/board. The GLM Kanban Board is in the LB - Location & Service Qualification project.
