QR code or barcode scan to create JIRA Cloud ticket and pre-populate some fields

Example.  Light in an office has a QR code on it.  Scanning that code auto creates a JIRA ticket with the item (light) and the location (3rd floor office).

Currently, it's not possible to create tickets thought QR-Code and also it's not possible to let fields pre-filled.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

For now, I believe that only Jira server has an add-on that can create tickets through QR-Code:
