Автоматическое резервное копирование сайта

Моя команда хочет настроить автоматическое резервное копирование для продуктов Jira, Jsm, Confluence, Assets. Для нас важно сохранить данные в полном объеме (например, клиентская база, автоматизации и др.). Мы работаем на Cloud. Подскажите, кто решал уже этот вопрос, какие методы и инструменты вы использовали? Мы рассматривали вариант посредством кода, и хранить это на своих серверах. 
Я смотрела уже информацию п этому поводу, многие команды используют плагины, но у нас всего 20 агентов, и это крайне не выгодно платить 100$ в месяц. Через автоматизацию создание резервного копирования это ненадежно, так как если будет сбой со стороны atlassian, мы не сразу сможем получить доступ к резервным копиям, что вызовет простой. Буду очень благодарна, если вы поделитесь своим опытом!

Hi @Varvara K_ ,

If we start with Assets, that one is a bit tricky, BUT the ability to backup and restore Assets is waiting for release (so it should be available soon): JSDCLOUD-10030: Ability to backup Assets data and configuration 

I'd recommend checking some of these resources:

• Atlassian Labs (scripts for automated backup files + download)
• Using Jira automation (see workaround section)

I know a few of our clients also use Marketplace apps such as HYCU, Rewind or Revyz, but that's all if you're open to pay for a third-party solution such as those listed.

One thing worth mentioning is that new backup and restore is being rolled out (beta), but that's only for Enterprise plans at the moment: Overview of Atlassian backups 
I've tested this and it is pretty cool, but I'm not sure why only Enterprise and I hope it will be rolled out for at least Premium users as well. 🤞

Hmm... I've only tested it once, but according to the following documentation, What data is backed up and restored, not all data is backed up (for example, automation rules). I've managed to find a suggestion for it, so here's the link: AUTO-479: A4J: Include Automation rules in the site backup 

For all these things that are not natively supported, I'd say you would need to create some kind of custom solutions/scripts combined with REST APIs, but even with that, I cannot guarantee that you'll be able to back up absolutely everything 👀
