All-In-One JIRA Reports are not responding

Hi,

The All-In-One JIRA Reports are not responding on my instance. Atlassian team have noticed on the developer console, the error: net::ERR_TIMED_OUT. They assume that the add-on server is not up and running, thus, not responding.

Please check and provide the fix urgently.

same with our Cloud instances. Reports seem to be there, but are not in fact.

Is the Plug-In dead and we still are paying every month?
