Hello Community,

I'm a product designer at Atlassian working on Jira Mobile Apps and I'm conducting research into our current experience on both iPad and tablet. 

I'd love the opportunity to chat to some of you about how you are currently using Jira* on your iPad or tablet in your day-to-day and hear about what we can do to improve Jira's tablet experience for you. 

*This research is aimed only at Jira Cloud customers, not server.

What's involved in the research? (the nitty gritty stuff)

• A 45 minute video conferencing interview conducted remotely, so you can participate from anywhere around the globe.
• After scheduling, you'll receive a calendar invite with a Zoom video-conference link
• During the research, we'll start with a general chat to get to know you, then, get you to share your iPad/tablet screen with us and talk us through how you use Jira
• As a token of our appreciation, you'll receive an e-gift card in the following week after completing your session.

I’d like to use Jira on iPad pretty much in the same way as on a desktop. The current apps for Jira and Confluence are quite limited, especially for Confluence which seems to pretty hard to edit or add/modify tables etc. It feels that it’s more like read-only support atm.

Still no basic windows tablet support 3 years later? You'd think putting text into a website wouldn't be rocket science. Most other websites allow you to type.

if possible we like to discuss the tablets. we have Samsung a7 and the performance is subpar compared to iphones and ipad.

I recently bought a new tablet and want to know more about the tablet's abilities. I bought it for my child I was advised that it is tablets that will help me in this goal, but I decided that books and living parents are better, but I took the tablet in the car and sometimes watch movies also the tablet is very convenient and powerful . I think that there are a lot of ways to use tablets. I have heard that many travelers use tablets and they have many different applications that help with great accuracy. Also I have one example- my brother is a trucker and he has two tablets in the truck one he uses for navigation and on the other he communicates and watches movies. What can you advise ?
